Returns
We accept return requests only if the product is:
An unboxing video is mandatory to claim a return or refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Damaged during delivery.
- Defective or has a manufacturing defect.
- Incorrect item delivered.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The product must be:
- Unused and unwashed.
- In its original condition.
- With all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Color variation due to screen or lighting differences.
- Slight weaving or handcrafted variations.
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product or refund may be offered.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Preethi Boutique will bear the return shipping cost.
For returns that do not meet our return eligibility, shipping charges (if any) will be the customer's responsibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the package
- Brief description of the issue
Our support team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
